Good questions

A few things people ask.

What can I expect from a therapy session?

Initial sessions (1–3): During your first few visits, our main focus will be on getting to know each other. You’ll share your story, and together we’ll determine if we’re a good fit. We’ll also set goals and start to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Building a strong rapport is essential for effective therapy, and it sets the foundation for your progress.

What are your fees and do you accept insurance?

Yes, I accept insurance. I’m currently paneled with SelectHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum, and I’m in the process of adding PEHP. If you haven’t met your deductible, you’ll cover a portion of the session fee; once it’s met, your copay typically ranges from $0 to $30.

How do I schedule my first session?

Booking your first session is straightforward and flexible. Simply call, text, or email me and we’ll find a time that works for you. Once we’ve scheduled, I’ll send the paperwork to complete before we meet. I want the process to feel as smooth and comfortable as possible — so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
